Robert Gourdie, the Commonwealth Research Commercialization Fund Eminent Scholar in Heart Reparative Medicine Research, was recognized by the National Academy of Inventors as a rising leader in his field. A professor at the Fralin Biomedical Research Institute at VTC, Gourdie is a cell biologist and entrepreneur who creates knowledge and translates discoveries into solutions for medical problems.

I mean, sometimes I can't believe that I'm lucky enough to have a job like this where every day I get to come in and think about the Christian, the things that interest me.
