Have a shirt around the house? Use it to make a face covering. 

In light of new evidence, the CDC recommends wearing cloth face coverings to slow the spread of COVID-19 in public settings where other social distancing measures are difficult to maintain (e.g., grocery stores and pharmacies).

The CDC recommends using simple cloth face coverings fashioned from household items or made at home from common materials to slow the spread of the virus and help people who may have the virus and do not know it from transmitting it to others.

First, you're going to lay your T-shirt out on the table. Take a pair of scissors and you're going to cut your T-shirt. [00:00:21] Once you finish cutting your T-shirt, you're going to fold up to the middle from the bottom. Then fold down to the middle from the top, and then fold again from the bottom to the middle and from the top to the middle. Next you're going to want to take two hair ties or rubber bands and you're going to take them and put them over the end of your shirt and on the other end. [00:00:51] You'll then fold your shirt over and fold it over again and there you have it.
