Rachel Padget, a graduate student at the Fralin Biomedical Research Institute, gives advice in how her fellow Hokies can help prevent the spread of COVID-19.

So I suggest please, please washing your hands for at least 20 seconds with soap and water making sure that you get in all crevices of your hands especially if you wear rings to move those rings and wash them.
