InclusiveVT is the institutional and individual commitment to Ut Prosim (that I may serve) in the spirit of community, diversity, and excellence. Director of Diversity and Inclusion at Pamplin, Janice Branch Hall, gathered students to hand out treats to each faculty and staff member at Pamplin.

So this week is InclusiveVT week, basically an institutional commitment to Ut Prosim in making sure that we as a university are fostering a very diverse and inclusive climate. Something in the Pamplin College of Business that we're doing to make sure that our faculty and staff feel value and feel intertwined in our population is we have student leaders who are going around dropping off treats to our faculty and staff colleagues. I really hope this is a start of more initiatives that we can do to help increase the awareness of the value of an inclusive environment, an equitable environment, an engaging environment.
