[00:00:02] >> And we are here today doing a Family Food Fest week-long camp for kids 9 to 13 years old, running kids through some gardening activities and they're learning about different kinds of gardening industries. My mom knows I like gardening and she knows I like food, so when she saw this camp she knew it was perfect for me. [00:00:23] [INAUDIBLE] They're visiting different kinds of farms like yesterday they were at Glade Road Growing and they learned about, you know, some different approaches to gardening. Plants are really fascinating, like how they like they how they produce fruits and vegetables. I was not exactly interesting in gardening gardening but now when I get home I want to help as much as possible to make my garden the best garden ever. [00:01:02] So this said camp is a partnership between Hahn Horticulture Garden at Virginia Tech and Virginia Cooperative Extension through Virginia Tech and Virginia State University, so we're all working together to provide this experience for kids to just teach them a little bit about different kind of enterprises in our area.
