Virginia National Guard Blackhawk helicopters landed on the Virginia Tech campus for Army ROTC cadets to board. The cadets took a seven-minute flight to Dublin, Virginia, where they participated in their annual spring field training exercise at Radford Army Ammunition Plant's New River Unit. Cadets loaded supplies for the weekend onto the Blackhawks on campus and at the Virginia Tech airport.
