The Rape Aggression Defense (R.A.D.) System is a program offered by VTPD’s Residence Life Resource Officers to students and employees at Virginia Tech. The four-part course begins with awareness, prevention, risk reduction and avoidance, and progresses to the basics of hands-on defense training.
