Professor Robin Russell is department head of Business Information Technology in the Pamplin College of Business. She is a Virginia Tech alum (Class of 1976) in her 35th year at Virginia Tech. She is co-author of "Operations and Supply Chain Management" in its 10th edition at Wiley, and former president of the APICS Foundation, a professional association for supply chain managers.
