Executive Briefing Center in Arlington booking now for 2023

The Virginia Tech Executive Briefing Center, located in the Virginia Tech Research Center — Arlington, is available to host meetings and events and accepts reservations up to a year in advance of the desired meeting date.

The Executive Briefing Center, which is part of Outreach and International Affairs, is a point of pride in the greater Washington, D.C., metro area and provides professionally appointed meeting spaces for small, informal gatherings as well as medium-sized programs and conferences. It’s an ideal space for groups of 50 or fewer but can accommodate meetings and receptions for up to 90 guests.

For faculty and staff who travel to the region, the Executive Briefing Center can serve as workspace between appointments or as a professional Virginia Tech host site for business meetings. Virginia Tech clients receive a discounted rate.

All nine meeting spaces have cutting-edge meeting technology built in — both physically and financially as part of the standard meeting room rental.

Since it opened in 2011, the center has won several industry awards recognizing excellence in distinctive venues hosting meetings and conferences, including the 2022 Planners Choice Award for Professional Meetings and Conferences by Unique Venues magazine.
