Register for continuous improvement virtual course

Professionals looking to understand the basics of improvement methods for better efficiency, expanded revenue, and other competitive advantages in their daily work are invited to register now for Continuous Improvement - Lean Six Sigma and Business Process Management Certificate virtual course.

Led by process- and performance-improvement expert Ginny Youngblood, the virtual two-week program will explore Six Sigma, Lean, and Process Improvement methodologies and how these approaches complement one another.

With practical approaches that can be used right away, participants will gain a strong foundation in continuous improvement tools and approaches, plus learn methods for uncovering process defects and improving teamwork.

Classes will meet via Zoom from 6 -7:30 p.m. Oct. 5, 7, 12, and 14. The cost is $349 for Virginia Tech faculty, students, and alumni. Others may register for $399.
