Mail Services update: Upcoming carrier routes and adjustments

Due to the growth in population, Mail Services is currently reviewing and evaluating current mail carrier routes, methods, and staffing to ensure consistent customer service and a more sustainable model. This reassessment will align more with the United States Postal Services’ processes, and it will provide the data and tools Mail Services needs to help anticipate and respond to the university’s changing needs.

An update with the new routes, which will go into effect on June 5, will be announced in May. This may cause some disruption and inconvenience, and Mail Services apologizes in advance. Mail Services is working to make sure that the new routes are as efficient as possible.
