From: Office for Inclusion and Diversity

Today in Principles of Community Week, you can learn about “Understanding Your Top 5 Strengths and Their Power.” Learn more about the things that are already right with you and that don't need to be fixed: your Top 5 Gallup CliftonStrengths. Identify how they show up in your life - at work and elsewhere - and how you can leverage them in new ways for success and fulfillment.

Principles of Community Week is the annual celebration of the fundamental concepts that support InclusiveVT, our institutional and individual commitment to Ut Prosim (That I May Serve) in the spirit of community, diversity, and excellence. These principles reinforce our aspirations for a diverse and inclusive campus, where we can freely express and explore ideas in an atmosphere of empathy, civility, and mutual respect.

This year, the week will run from March 13 to March 17 with 21 engaging hybrid, virtual, and in-person workshops that offer the potential to earn digital badges. There are limited spaces available for the in-person workshops, so it is important to register soon!
