The University Ombuds presents Mind-Hack Series - Creating Results with the Brain in Mind

Ever wonder how some individuals just seem to be more productive and manage their time better? Why also do some people handle unexpected changes better than others? Why is it that some people start making progress in changing their behavior but then it never becomes habit?
The answer to all these questions has do with our brain.
Join VOICE (the Virginia Tech Office of Interactive Communication & Empowerment) this summer as we offer a series of three workshops that will focus on how we can apply lessons from neuroscience and behaviorial psychology to be more productive, manage change better, and implement better habits.
What/When: Three individual seesions occurring on the last Wednesday of each month.
Session 1 - Productivity (June 29)
Session 2 - Change (July 27)
Session 3 - Habits (Aug. 31)
Time: 12 noon - 1 p.m.
Who: Open to all VT staff, faculty, post-docs, etc.
