Talent Development facilitates workshops and provides highly engaging learning opportunities to help supervisors and employees build upon existing knowledge, learn new skills, and further develop workplace competencies.

Discover learning opportunities available on the Virtual Learning Center, our latest On Topic flyer, and more performance management courses live throughout this summer and fall, offered by Talent Development and Employee Relations.

On the newly updated Virtual Learning Center, explore courses on leading, working, and learning. Noteworthy online courses include Learning to Say No with Confidence and Grace, How to Get Things Done Ahead of Deadlines, and Overcome Overthinking.
