Countdown to commencement: What you need to know
It’s almost time to celebrate the Class of 2023. For Hokie grads, the countdown to commencement is on. Make sure to keep up with ceremony and celebration information.
Here are a few key details to remember:
Share your #HokieGrad photos. Submit your photos for a chance to have them featured during the ceremony. The deadline to share your pictures is April 28.

Get your cap and gown. Purchase your gear at the Hokie Shop University Bookstore.
Celebrate with the biggest party of the semester. Grad Bash is May 10 at the Holtzman Alumni Center. We’ll have music, food, and more.
Get your Senior Class Gift mug and cord. If you’ve made your gift, grab your exclusive mug and cord during pick up sessions. And be sure to bring your mug to Grad Bash on May 10.
