Greetings, Hokies!

The Undergraduate Student Senate (USS) is currently undergoing our fall elections process and you are a critical part of the process. We are here to represent your needs, wants, and hopes to the university community and you can help us accomplish this by playing an active role in our upcoming elections!

As the undergraduate student body, you are responsible for electing leaders who will best advocate for you. The president, vice presidents, and senators are all chosen by students, and it is imperative that you share your voice and vote.

And we encourage you to be an informed voter — learn more about the candidates, their platforms, and the ways they hope to represent you and your needs by visiting the USS website! Presidential and vice-presidential debates occurred earlier this week, and recordings can be found under the debates tab on our website.

Voting will begin on Oct. 18 and will run through Oct. 21 on GobblerConnect — so make sure to log in and vote for your new USS president, vice presidents, and senators.

We hope to see you at Lavery Plaza next week for voting, and as always, GO HOKIES!

With Hokie Pride,

USS Transition Team
