The Diverse Professionals Network (DPN) was established to allow diverse professionals the opportunity to share contacts, ideas, and socialize with one another. This kickoff event was an opportunity to meet and network with peers who work and live in the New River and Roanoke Valley areas.

The group will host more networking and celebratory events throughout the academic year. Planned events include a rooftop networking event on Sept. 16 and a jazz brunch to recognize Martin Luther King Jr. Day in January. Stay tuned for more information about joining this dynamic group of diverse professionals.
