On Sept. 19, the Virginia Tech Police Department received two reports of trespassing and one report of burglary, which occurred at 590 Washington Street and 240 West Campus Drive, respectively, on the campus of Virginia Tech. All of these incidents took place on Sept. 19 between 6 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. The suspects likely entered through an unlocked door and stole cash, in one case.

The suspects in two of the incidents were described as two black males, one of which was further described as approximately 6'3" while the other was described as approximately 5'10", both with average builds. Both were described as having no facial hair, short haircuts, and wearing dark colored warm-up athletic gear.

The other suspect is described as a lone black male, approximately 24 or 25 years of age, with a beard and wearing a black shirt and denim jeans.
