Spectacular acrobatics and gravity-defying athleticism are bound together by the deep friendships of the performers of Flip FabriQue, who bring their latest show, “Catch Me!,” to the Moss Arts Center on Oct. 20 at 7:30 p.m.

The performance will be held in the center’s Anne and Ellen Fife Theatre, located within the Street and Davis Performance Hall at 190 Alumni Mall.

Created in 2011 by six graduates of Quebec City Circus School in Canada, Flip FabriQue features performers who have worked with companies such as Cirque du Soleil and Cirque Éloize. The group’s collaborative approach to performance spotlights each performer’s qualities and strengths on the stage.

For audiences of all ages, “Catch Me!” features hula-hoops, a one-of-a-kind trampoline wall, and banquine (a human pyramid used for aerial tricks). Filled with stunts that showcase strength and balance, the show is infused with a spirit of play and wistfulness.

The Moss Arts Center will also present a free school-day performance by Flip FabriQue for area children in first through fifth grades. Registration is currently full for the free school-day performance.
