Virginia Tech's campus in Switzerland is building on 25 years of programming with a new course of study devoted to global approaches to food, water, and energy.

In a two-minute video, Bob Bodnar, University Distinguished Professor and C.C. Garvin Professor of Geochemistry at Virginia Tech, talks about the new program for undergraduates.

Also in the video, undergraduate students from the Pamplin College of Business and the College of Architecture and Urban Studies talk about the Switzerland experience.

In the new program, students will venture onto other continents during their semester abroad, and they will learn from the expertise of Virginia Tech faculty members drawn from six of the university's colleges.

More information about the program is available from the Global Education Office.
