Virginia Tech’s Conference and Guest Services is offering on-campus lodging and dining packages for families and guests of graduating students during the weekend of spring commencement, May 15 through 18, 2014.

Advance reservations are required, and may be made online, by mail, or in person.

A lottery for limited air-conditioned and suite-style rooms will be held through Wednesday, March 26. Lottery participants will be notified of the results by Friday, March 28.

Regular reservations will be taken through Monday, May 5, or until all available spaces are filled.

Staying on campus during graduation minimizes parking issues and provides families with convenient and low-cost accommodations. Rooms are available for two or three nights, and packages include a limited number of all-you-care-to-eat meals at Virginia Tech’s award-winning D2 dining center.

More information on pricing, amenities included in individual rooms, and handicap accessibility can be found at the commencement lodging website. Menus and schedules for the all-you-care-to-eat meals as well as pricing information for extra meals are available on the commencement dining website.
