Board of visitors to hold meeting Friday, April 20, at The Hotel Roanoke & Conference Center
The Virginia Tech Board of Visitors will meet Friday, April 20, at 9:30 a.m. in the Pocahontas Room of the The Hotel Roanoke & Conference Center.
The board did not consider a resolution for 2012-13 tuition and fees at its March 25 through 26 meeting because the Virginia General Assembly had not yet passed a budget at the time of the meeting. Thus, the university was unable to finalize its proposed budget for next year and its potential impact on tuition and fees.
Dedicated to its motto, Ut Prosim (That I May Serve), Virginia Tech takes a hands-on, engaging approach to education, preparing scholars to be leaders in their fields and communities.
