Board of Visitors Executive Committee to meet May 5 in Richmond
The Executive Committee of the Virginia Tech Board of Visitors will meet on Monday, May 5, from 10 a.m. to noon at the Troutman Sanders offices in Richmond (1001 Haxall Point, Richmond, Va.).
The primary agenda item will be a resolution to approve the 2008-09 tuition and fees. Because the full board last met as the Virginia General Assembly was completing its deliberations for the biennial appropriations, the board was not able to act upon 08-09 tuition and fee plans. It delegated this action to the Executive Committee.
Two board members will be participating by phone:
- John Lawson will be physically located at the offices of W.M. Jordan Company, Inc., 11010 Jefferson Avenue, in Newport News, Va.
- Phil Thompson will be physically located at 8275 Tournament Drive, Building B., Suite 300, in Memphis, Tenn.
