The Virginia Tech Board will hold a special meeting of the executive committee Wednesday, Dec. 12, at 11 a.m. at the offices of Troutman Sanders LLP, (Troutman Sanders Building, 1001 Haxall Point, Richmond, Va., 23219, 804-697-1200) in rooms 15-G and 15-H.

Additionally, two board of visitor members will be telephonically participating. Mike Anzilotti will be physically located at 14201 Sullyfield Circle in Chantilly, Va. Phil Thompson will be located at 8275 Tournament Drive, Building B, Suite 300, in Memphis, Tenn.

The executive committee will review executive compensation, delegation of authority, and procurement guidelines pursuant to the Public-Private Education Facilities and Infrastructure Act of 2002, (PPEA). According to statute, in order to participate in the PPEA, the governing body of the agency must approve guidelines in compliance with PPEA legislation in order to pursue any qualifying project.
